Manage personnel of assigned groups including recruiting, hiring, performance management, career development and communication of relevant job and company information.
· Ensure that Team Managers are measuring performance of team and individuals in team including analyzing customer survey results, phone response time, abandoned calls, and call volumes.
· Responsible for teams financial performance and meeting operating efficiency goals.
· Maintain understanding of industry trends that directly relate to our business strategies and client base.
· Establish presence in industry and networking interfaces.
· Review pricing and operational requirements for new and existing business.
· Participate in customer presentations and site visits.
· Responsible for coaching and increasing management skills of Team Managers.
· Ensure compliance with quality and service delivery metrics for all assigned products.
· Responsible for preparing and delivering quarterly Business Reviews to customers.
· Responsible for preparing client invoices.
