Trainer,Support Services
 

Maintain the highest level of technical product knowledge and expertise
in the specified software products and become knowledgeable in new versions
and products as assigned.

· Responsible for requisition and allocation of all training and support
materials.

· Responsible for preparation, presentation, and delivery of classes for
new employees. Insure the quality of the classes that are delivered.

· Responsible for on-going training of existing products, including new
versions.

· Provide second level support on the mentor line in accordance with the “all hands
on deck philosophy” when courses are not being developed or delivered.

· Work with consultants to identify, prepare, and deliver supplementary
materials and training as needed on various technical issues.

· Coordinate the training facilities to insure appropriate hardware,
software, and work space.

· Act in a mature and professional manner towards customers, vendors and
other Stream employees at all times.
