PRIMARY COMPONENTS:
· Develop a partnership with the business by understanding the business objectives and then, in collaboration, develop and implement business solutions with other business leaders.
·
· Lead the Human Resources staff in supporting the business in the areas of benefits, compensation, payroll, and performance issues. Proactively work with the HR staff to identify their own career development so that they can bring full value to the organization and grow professionally within the organization.
· Manage human resources policies and practices to support the business and comply with external regulations. Manage the positive and disciplinary employee relations function in accordance with company policy, client agreements and external regulations.
· Promote, support and drive Stream University as a strategic initiative. Partner with Training and Operations to identify training needs and programs, and plans for execution.
SECONDARY COMPONENTS:
· Perform essential projects related to Corporate or other location needs. Make necessary recommendations and or changes in relation to the growth and continuous operation of the organization.
· Assist in recruitment efforts of other sites when growth creates a demand for high volume recruitment in a short amount of time.
